Founding SMB Sales Leader - Barcelona (Spanish Market)

Lexroom, Barcelona, is building a new sales leadership role to establish the Barcelona office and shape the local culture. You will recruit Italian-speaking AEs, ramp them quickly, and take ownership of SMB outbound revenue end-to-end with clear milestones.
You’ll lead from cold outreach to close, coach weekly 1:1s, run multi-channel sequences, and adapt Milan playbooks for Barcelona. You’ll coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships and Product to maximize pipeline and conversion, while ensuring
