Spain Enterprise Sales Leader

EF Education First in Spain seeks a Country Manager to drive revenue, lead an enterprise sales team, and build senior client relationships in Barcelona or Madrid. You will own the regional sales strategy, coach deals, and ensure a data-driven, consultative approach with multi-stakeholder deals.
The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong leadership, and ability to influence at C-level; you will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and BD to expand footprint and position EF
