Position Summary As a Google Ads advisor in Barcelona, you will help Dutch enterprises expand their online footprint. You will take full responsibility for account performance-guiding new clients through setup, expanding ad feature usage, maintaining account retention, and maximizing advertising outcomes.

Primary Duties

• Tailored Onboarding: Work with newly onboarded clients to understand business goals and establish multi-channel strategy maps.
• Decision-Maker Outreach: Connect directly with corporate leaders to demonstrate campaign value and align ad investments.
• Campaign Execution: Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, adjusting audience targeting, creative copy, and landing pages.
• Analytics Tracking: Deep-dive into campaign metrics to extract actionable insights that increase client ROI.
• Pipeline Updates: Record all customer touchpoints and upcoming opportunities in the internal CRM platform.
• Localized Insights: Share Dutch market intelligence to assist with internal strategy alignment.

Applicant Profile

• Languages: Fluent C1/C2 level Dutch with business-level English.
• Professional Background: Prior experience in account management, B2B sales, or digital consulting.
• Market Understanding: Understanding of Dutch corporate expectations, regional trends, and GDPR regulations.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent verbal expression, and comfort using modern tech software.
