The Challenge

As GTM complexity grows across sales, Solution Engineering, forecasting, enablement, and execution, leaders need stronger visibility, reliable insights, and operational support to drive performance and execute strategic priorities.

Your Mission

GTM Business Partnership & Performance

• Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and GTM leaders to drive performance through data-driven insights.
• Support forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, MBRs, QBRs, and leadership reporting.
• Deliver KPI analysis, executive-ready insights, and follow-up on key actions and decisions.

Solution Engineering Strategy & Operations

• Analyze SE capacity, productivity, engagement, and alignment to sales priorities.
• Evaluate SE impact on pipeline, deal progression, and strategic opportunities.
• Support planning, coverage models, and resource allocation decisions.

Strategic Analysis & Decision Support

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, pipeline, productivity, and capacity metrics.
• Build analyses to support territory planning, forecasting, segmentation, and GTM priorities.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Forecasting, Reporting & KPI Management

• Maintain reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, productivity, and attainment.
• Build dashboards and ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Partner with RevOps, Finance, BI, and GTM Systems to improve visibility and decision-making.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement

• Support enablement initiatives, process adoption, training rollouts, and sales effectiveness programs.
• Identify and solve operational inefficiencies, reporting gaps, and process friction.
• Help create scalable processes that improve GTM execution and productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, SE, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and GTM Systems.
• Bring structure to complex business challenges and drive alignment across teams.

You Are

An analytical and commercially minded professional who turns data into insights and insights into action. Comfortable partnering with Director and VP-level stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and balancing strategy with execution.

Your Experience Includes

• 4+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or Finance.
• Experience supporting Sales, Solution Engineering, or GTM leaders.
• Strong skills in forecasting, KPI reporting, pipeline analysis, business planning, and performance management.
• Ability to present clear, executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Extra Awesome

• Experience supporting Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
• SaaS or B2B technology background.
• Expertise in forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, and sales productivity.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• Exposure to Sales Enablement, GTM process rollouts, and system implementations.
