Senior Global Sales Compensation Analyst
Aleph Group
Aleph Group is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to drive global variable pay programs within the Total Rewards team. You will manage commissions, incentives, and MBOs while aligning with business priorities and ensuring accuracy across regions.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations to translate data into insights, govern incentive plans, and optimize pay structures for worldwide teams. A 4–6 year track in global total rewards and strong analytics are required.
