You’ll continue learning on the job.## ## **What will help you succeed*** **Experience in partnerships, business development or financial services (8+ years)** This gives you the context to understand stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.* **Strong analytical and reporting capability** You’ll transform data into insights that drive decisions and track performance.* **Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders** You’ll manage initiatives across different teams, so structure and alignment are key.* **Commercial understanding of banking and insurance** This helps you contribute to relevant and competitive value propositions.* **Fluency in English and strong Excel / Power BI skills** Essential for reporting, communication and interaction with international stakeholders.## ## **Your mission**Support the growth and performance of NN Spain’s strategic partnerships by driving business development, improving value propositions and enabling better decision‐making through data and collaboration.## **Key responsibilities*** **Drive** business development initiatives across Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels.* **Collaborate** with Product Development and partners to design and enhance customer propositions.* **Monitor and report** performance, providing insights at local and Head Office level.* **Ensure** service quality through SLA tracking and partner performance reviews.* **Support** the Sales Force in the commercialization of partner products.## ## **If you’re ready to work where strategy meets execution**This is a role where your work will be visible, valued and connected to real business outcomes.
