We are seeking a proactive colleague to join our German team, someone who can bring creativity and linguistic flair to our B2B, online and offline marketing campaigns while maintaining our brand's voice and style. As a Junior German Content Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling content inspired by global campaigns, transcribing content from online, offline, and B2B teams, and providing support to the Country Manager. What sets this role apart is its unique focus on the meticulous art of proofreading and content localization.

This role ensures that content not only meets linguistic standards but also effectively connects with the cultural context of the target audience, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

What will be your daily tasks?

• Meticulous proofreading and localization of content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards


• Ensure correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.


• Maintain consistency in language use and formatting.


• Improve clarity and readability of content.


• Verify the accuracy of information.


• Adapt content for cultural sensitivity and relevance.


• Adjust language and tone for linguistic nuances.


• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.


• Review and adapt visual elements to align with cultural preferences.


• Maintain brand consistency across all localized content.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams.


• Establish a feedback loop for ongoing improvement.


• Stay updated on language trends, cultural shifts, and market changes.


• Basic SEO content writing.

Your mission will involve:

• Proofreading and locatization of content


• Product Pages


• B2C/B2B Newsletters


• SEO On-page


• SEO-friendly blog articles


• Offline materials: flyers, posters, special printed items, etc.


• E-commerce content: Banners, CTAs, paid ads, new pages, etc.

Minimum requirements

Requirements:

• Native German speaker.


• Basic understanding of On-page SEO.


• Proven experience in managing multitasking projects and meeting deadlines.


• Genuine passion for writing and demonstrate a remarkable ease and skill in doing so.

You would be a perfect candidate if:

• You have some experience in crafting content within the beauty/skincare industry.


• Familiarity with writing about ingredients in compliance with EU regulations.


• Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and Korean culture.


• Balancing creativity and organization comes naturally to you.


• You are a grammar enthusiast.

About the Position:

• Full time (40h)


• Based in Barcelona


• Hybrid position


• Reporting to the Country Manager and Content Global Manager


• Engaging with a great international team


• This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to grow in a friendly work environment. We are currently operating from our office in Barcelona's city center.


• Start date : As soon as possible!


• Contract : Formative 1 year (Contrato en Prácticas) . You must have completed your studies within the last two years and not have had any previous work experience contract.
