Stellenbeschreibung- Kontaktaufnahme und Nachverfolgung der vom Marketingteam generierten Leads.
- Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Angebot der Produkte, die am besten zu ihnen passen, sowie Pflege des CRM-Systems (Salesforce).
- Kundenbetreuung bis zur Buchung des Programms und Übergabe an das Customer-ServiceTeam.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. (Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich).
- Wohnsitz in oder in der Nähe von Barcelona.
- Das Vergütungspaket besteht aus einem Grundgehalt plus Provisionen, mit einem durchschnittlichen Mindestjahresgehalt von 30.000 € brutto.
- Die Arbeitszeiten sind von 10:00 bis 19:00 Uhr, Montag bis Samstag (mit rotierendem Wochenendplan).

Die Räumlichkeiten sind auf Zusammenarbeit und Innovation ausgelegt und bieten moderne Einrichtungen sowie Bereiche, die Produktivität und Teamarbeit fördern.
