Iberia Enterprise AI & CX Sales Executive

Zendesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in Madrid to drive growth in Iberia. You will lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, expand AI-powered CX solutions, and build trusted relationships with high-value enterprises.
You will develop territory plans, collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, and maintain a robust pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual targets. Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus; experience with Salesforce,
