Join our dynamic team at Teleperformance in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting business development project with Google Products. ### Purpose of the Role Join our Business Development team and be the first point of contact for businesses across EMEA. You’ll identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions via outbound calls and emails. ### What you will do: * Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. * Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. * Consolidate and build the customer base. * Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. * Ensure consistent customer follow-up. * Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. * Handle customer needs and inquiries. ### Requirements * **Language Skills:** proficient or advanced level of Spanish. Good level of English (oral and written). * **Experience:** 12 months of sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. * Willingness to work independently with support as needed. * **CRM experience,** able to use CRM tools to maintain customer records and support team efforts. * **Communication Skills:** solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts. * **Business Acumen:** solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements. * **Personal Skills:** Proactive and motivated.
