Fintech Compliance Operations Lead: Regulatory & Reporting
Jobtailor
Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking a seasoned Compliance Operations professional to own and run the regulatory program across jurisdictions. You will manage license maintenance, reporting, and responses to supervisory requests, while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
You will track obligations, maintain an audit-ready controls environment, and drive implementation workstreams for new regulatory requirements. Fluent English is essential; Spanish is a strong asset.
