Financial Crime Prevention - Technology & Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Gobernar e impulsar iniciativas estratégicas y tecnológicas orientadas a la prevención del fraude y el blanqueo de capitales (AML)
- Liderar la definición funcional y tecnológica de las capacidades asociadas a Prevención del Fraude y AML: Screening, transaction monitoring, behavioral analytics, alert & case management, y reporting
- Asegurar la integración eficiente entre sistemas core del Banco, sistemas externos, plataformas analíticas y herramientas de monitorización tanto locales como globales o sectoriales en entornos regulados
- Actuar como referente de consultoría estratégica y tecnológica para áreas de negocio y operaciones, identificando oportunidades de mejora, eficiencia y automatización
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución de proyectos bajo metodologías Agile, asegurando alineamiento con requisitos presupuestarios, regulatorios, operativos y de negocio
- Participar activamente en iniciativas de innovación tecnológica relacionadas con inteligencia artificial, analítica avanzada, automatización y evolución de plataformas de prevención de Fraude y AML que permitan liderar las soluciones del sector
- Definir y supervisar modelos operativos y de gobierno para las tecnologías de Financial Crime Prevention
Requirements
- Grado o licenciatura
- Conocimiento de la arquitectura técnica de BBVA
- Conocimiento de tecnologías y operativa de Fraude y AML
- Valorable nivel de inglés C1
- Valorable haber liderado equipos
- Valorable haber ejecutado proyectos de consultoría estratégica o de ingeniería/tecnología
