This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. \* Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers. \* Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. \* Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. \* Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner. \* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations. \* Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality. \* Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management. \* Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management. \* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. \* Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships. \* Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations. \* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. \* Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies. \* Fluency in Mandarin, English and Italian are required. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
