Business Development Manager — Mid-Market, EMEA (Multilingual)

We build autonomous AI voice agents that close and qualify sales for large B2C enterprises — telcos, energy providers, insurers, banks. Our agents already run live inside companies like Vodafone España and Holaluz, and we're mid-rollout across an 8-market European deployment with Alpega/Teleroute. We're a small team moving fast, and we're building the commercial engine to match the product.

The role

Mid-market is a different game from enterprise: shorter cycles, more deals, faster no's. We're looking for a BDM to build and own this motion for VoiceB across English-speaking markets, with German, French, or Italian as a strong plus — turning it from occasional deals into a repeatable, scalable segment.

What you'll do

• Own new-business acquisition for mid-size accounts: outbound prospecting through to signed contract
• Run a high-velocity pipeline — more deals, shorter cycles, faster iteration than enterprise
• Adapt pitch, demo, and negotiation to different markets and languages
• Build the mid-market playbook as you go — ICP, messaging, objection handling
• Feed market feedback back into product and marketing

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market segment
• Fluent English, plus professional fluency in German, French, or Italian
• Comfortable with volume — more pipeline, more calls, more decisions per week
• A track record of hitting or beating quota

Nice to have

• A second additional language beyond English
• Experience selling into telco, insurance, energy, or banking
• Experience building a sales motion from scratch, not just running one
