Business Development Manager DACH

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential independent retailers through cold calling
• Showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships quickly by telephone
• Identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities
• Communicate confidently, capturing attention and sustaining engaging conversations
• Surpass sales targets and embrace challenges
• Maintain resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
• Apply sales skills to guide and influence decision making

Qualifications

• Full business proficiency in German and English
• Experience in B2B phone sales, preferably in the retail or gaming sector
• Strong closed‑sale track record and ability to secure high‑value deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Resilience and determination when handling rejection

Location

Full‑time office role at our Barcelona office in the city centre
