Descripción de la oferta
La persona seleccionada dará soporte al VP de la compañía y gestionará las siguientes funciones:
- Filtro y atención de llamadas, correos y mensajes personales/profesionales
- Planificación y priorización de la agenda profesional
- Coordinación de reuniones, citas, compromisos familiares y eventos privados
- Gestión completa de viajes nacionales e internacionales
- Coordinación de transporte, alojamientos, itinerarios, reservas y documentación necesaria
- Preparación de presupuestos, anticipos y liquidación de gastos
- Redacción de comunicaciones, presentaciones e informes
- Gestión de documentación confidencial, contratos y archivos
- Preparación de reuniones: soporte logístico, materiales, actas y seguimiento de acuerdos
Perfil buscado
Buscamos una persona que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación en Secretariado de Dirección o similar
- Experiencia mínima de 5 como Executive Assistant de Dirección yo/ alta Dirección
- Experiencia previa trabajando con directivos de alto nivel, empresarios o entornos de alta exigencia
- Nivel muy alto de inglés (C2)
- Dominio de ofimática avanzada: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, herramientas de colaboración y gestión documental
- Perfil acostumbrado a altos ritmos de trabajo.
