# Title: Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Community Specialist (Temporary) **Location:** Barcelona, Spain **City:** Barcelona **Description:** . **Talent Acquisition** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. * Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and attract top talent aligned with business priorities. * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Collaborate with external recruitment partners when required. * Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new hires in collaboration with key stakeholders. * Conduct employee follow-up and exit interviews, gathering insights to improve the employee experience and retention. * Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to continuously improve hiring effectiveness. ## Are you the one we are waiting for? * **Education:** University degree. * **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a genuine interest in developing internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. * **Languages:** High level of English. ## Equal Employment Opportunities Employer At ISDIN, we care above all about the talent you bring.
