Accommodation Strategic Partnership Specialist - (Hybrid)

We’re seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Accommodation Supply team in Barcelona (hybrid) to be responsible for growing our portfolio of online hotel chains. Working closely with Strategic Partnerships Managers, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of partner collaborations—from initial onboarding to ongoing optimization.

You will facilitate the seamless integration of new hotel chains into Odigeo Connect, ensuring efficient property activation and high-quality content standards from day one.

Beyond onboarding, you will nurture existing relationships to maximize marketing and distribution potential across all eDreams ODIGEO platforms. This includes proactively optimizing content, rates, promotions, and inventory availability for your dedicated accounts to ensure peak performance.

What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Achieve assigned sales volume targets and strategic business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships at the hotel and chain level in collaboration with Managers.
• Ensure content optimization, rate competitiveness, and availability on all Odigeo sites.
• Secure and upload additional inventory during peak demand periods to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate and implement promotional offers to support merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to ensure best prices and content.
• Contribute to technological advancements by proposing new tools and testing implementations.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a strong background in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills: Team player. Action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven.
• Ability to generate ideas and multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (must). Any other European languages are very welcome.
• Solid understanding of yield and revenue management with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency.
• Good motivational skills and appetite for learning.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity. Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
