Customer Service Representative (Italian & Spanish)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English to join our Industrial Solutions Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona. The successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, manage purchase orders, and strengthen relationships across Italy and Spain, directly contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone and online support to customers, as well as internal support to the Customer Service team.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments when needed.
• Process information received via email and verbal communication efficiently and accurately.
• Perform order data entry ensuring systems are consistently updated.

Relevant Experience and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service, or administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Team player with strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English is mandatory.
