Customer Service Representative - Spanish/French/English

Position Summary The Customer Care representative is responsible for ensuring that customers are provided best in class customer support. Key responsibilities include promptly entering incoming purchase orders and supporting sales representatives. Identify gaps in customer care processes and partner with customer experience team to resolve. • Bachelor's degree in any field; Languages (Required): English (C1), Spanish (C1). Languages (Preferred): German, French, Italian or any additional languages. Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service/Care roles within B2B business segment.
