Impact-Driven Instructional Designer for Medical Training
Edwards Lifesciences
Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an instructional design professional to lead and develop advanced training programs for our global teams. You will design instructional activities, partner with internal stakeholders, and evaluate training effectiveness across multiple delivery methods.
The role requires 6+ years in adult learning, expertise with LMS and tools like Articulate and Captivate, and fluency in English and Spanish. On-site in Spain with a collaborative, impact-driven culture.
