Senior Instructional Designer & Training Strategy Lead

Edwards Lifesciences in Spain seeks a senior instructional designer to lead, design, and develop complex training programs for adult learners, aligning with business goals.
You will partner with internal stakeholders to craft end-to-end training strategies, evaluate effectiveness, and manage external vendors when needed.
Fluency in English and Spanish, a degree in Education or Instructional Design, and 6 years of experience are required; MS Office and LMS tools are desirable.
