What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients
- Drive new business opportunities through outbound sales
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Collaborate with an international, high-performing sales team

What We're Looking For
- Native or C2 proficiency in German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish, or Czech
- Professional level of English
- 1–6 years of experience in:
- Account Executive
- Business Development
- BDR / SDR
- Outbound Sales
- SaaS or Technology Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, target-oriented environment
- Must already be based in Spain
