Dutch-Speaking Account Executive

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales cycle, helping businesses find the right solutions while expanding our presence in the Dutch-speaking market. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• fluent Dutch (C2).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Account Executive roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team.
• EU citizenship or legal authorization to work in Spain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, Technology, Digital Marketing, FinTech, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, or BPO industries.
• Experience selling to the Netherlands and Belgian (Dutch-speaking) markets.
• Proven success in outbound sales and business development.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
