About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing SaaS scale-up building AI-powered search and product discovery technology for eCommerce businesses worldwide.

Their platform helps online retailers dramatically improve conversion rates by turning website search into a revenue-driving engine — delivering faster, smarter, and more relevant shopping experiences.

This is a high-performance, outbound-focused sales role where you will own the full sales cycle and directly contribute to revenue growth in the Dutch market.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting demo closing subscription activation

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls (80–100 calls/day)

• Manage inbound leads and free trial conversions

• Deliver product demos in Dutch & English

• Convert trial users into paying customers

• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline

• Track and hit KPIs (calls, demos, conversion rate, MRR)

• Hand over closed accounts to Customer Experience teams

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch + strong English

• Must already live in Spain (mandatory)

• 1–6 years of experience in:

  • SDR / BDR / Account Executive roles

  • Call center or outbound sales environments

• Strong cold-calling experience

• KPI-driven mindset with resilience and consistency

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (80–100 calls/day)

• Availability aligned with US time zones

Compensation Package

• Base salary: €30,000 gross/year

• Uncapped commissions (target: €600/month minimum)

• Performance multipliers:

  • <80% x1

  • 80% x1.3

  • 100% x2

  • 150% x3

• Quarterly accelerator: up to x3 commissions
