About the Role

Are you a motivated Dutch-speaking sales professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-growing international company in Madrid, Spain . You'll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals, while working with qualified inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients.
• Deliver product presentations and online demos.
• Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C2/C1).
• Good English communication skills.
• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must currently reside in Spain.
