En HOUSE OF ABY, ayudamos a grandes empresas industriales y tecnológicas a reforzar sus equipos de ingeniería mediante consultores especializados que intervienen directamente en sus proyectos estratégicos. Cuando el reto lo requiere, también asumimos la gestión integral de proyectos, aportando equipos, expertise y responsabilidad sobre los resultados.
HOUSE OF ABY está escribiendo una nueva página de su historia en España. Una aventura empresarial ambiciosa, con grandes cuentas por conquistar (Airbus, Alstom, Stellantis, SNCF, Thalès…), equipos por desarrollar y un mercado lleno de oportunidades.
Buscamos un/a Business Unit Director con ADN comercial, espíritu emprendedor y experiencia demostrada en el consulting de ingeniería. Alguien que ya haya generado negocio en una consultora de ingeniería, abierto cuentas estratégicas, desarrollado y cocheado equipos de Business Managers y convertido la ambición en resultados.
Queremos una persona que disfrute creando desde cero, tomando decisiones, abriendo puertas donde otros ven muros y construyendo una organización capaz de dejar huella. Además, tendrás la responsabilidad directa sobre tu P&L, pilotando el crecimiento, los márgenes y la rentabilidad de la actividad. Buscamos a alguien con orientación al resultado y obsesión por construir un negocio sostenible y rentable.
Aquí no encontrarás una zona de confort. Encontrarás un mercado por desarrollar, equipos por construir y una ambición sin límites.
Paquete retributivo total: 90K€-110K€ al año según experiencia y trayectoria.
