At BBVA Allianz, we are looking for a person to lead the evolution of Operations analytics towards a more efficient, automated, and intelligent model, combining business capabilities, data, and technology. **Description of the position** **What will you do at BBVA Allianz?** The selected person will lead the operations analytics function within the BBVA Allianz environment, managing a team of 7 people and accelerating the transformation towards operational efficiency: * Lead, develop and motivate a team of 7 people, enhancing their capabilities in analytics, automation and new technologies * Design, evolve and maintain Operations dashboards, ensuring quality, scalability and business orientation * Lead the management of information demand and operational reporting * Coordinate the calculation, monitoring and presentation of the KPIs of the contract with BBVA * Drive a change of model towards process optimization and operational efficiency * Design and implement automation solutions (Power Automate, Power Platform or others) to reduce manual tasks * Identify and promote use cases of artificial intelligence applied to data and operational processes * Ensure data quality, through internal controls, data governance and traceability of metrics * Coordinate with Technology and Data the extractions and transversal data models * Support the finance area in planning processes (PD) * Analyze preventive claims costs, identifying efficiency opportunities * Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits and regulatory standards **What does BBVA Allianz need from you?** Essential requirements: * Education in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or similar * Consolidated experience in data analytics and reporting * Experience in team leadership (ideally in transformation or analytics environments) * Knowledge of the insurance business, especially in Operations * Experience in project management and process improvement * Experience in automation tools (Power Automate, Power Platform or equivalents) * Analytical mindset, impact orientation and data-driven decision making * Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders Valuable requirements: * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or others) * Experience in applied artificial intelligence initiatives * Experience in digital transformation or data-driven environments * High level of English * Strategic and innovative vision, with the ability to drive cultural change **What does Allianz offer you?** Being part of Allianz gives you access to a differential value proposition: * Exclusive insurance benefits for you and your family * Flexible and hybrid work model (location to be confirmed) * Compensation for meals and remote work * Continuous training and the *You Learn, We Pay* program * Comprehensive well-being with Wellhub and sports activities * Fruit and snacks in the office * Possibility of working up to 25 days a year from abroad * Investment in Allianz shares with preferential conditions If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, make an impact and develop in an innovative environment, Allianz is for you.
