Head of Digital Transformation (dedicated full-time to LOB)

Job Summary

Lead the digital transformation of the Line of Business (LOB) driving business growth, operational excellence and client value through the adoption of digital technologies, data, AI, automation and innovation.

This role is responsible for aligning business, corporate and technology teams across a matrix organization to deliver strategic objectives. The fusion of digital skills and business vision drives this role, which leads a dedicated team and acts as a catalyst for change.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the LOB aligned with the company one.
• Identify and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, client experience and business performance.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team of digital transformation professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
• Drive alignment across business units, corporate functions and technology teams influencing stakeholders.
• Promote the adoption of digital solutions, automation, AI and data-driven decision making.
• Establish governance, priorities and KPIs to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
• Advise senior leadership on transformation opportunities, digital trends and innovation.

Knowledge and Key Competencies

• 5+ years of proven experience leading strategy, operations or transformation projects, ideally within consulting firms or service-based organizations.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and leadership experience managing teams and delivering results in complex environments with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines (Business Administration, Economics or others can be considered depending on the profile).
• Solid combination of business acumen and digital expertise, with a strong understanding of operating models, business processes and technology-enabled transformation.
• Good foundational knowledge of data platforms, databases, systems architecture, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, analytics, automation and AI.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience in the real estate sector is desirable.
• Adaptability, resilience and comfort operating in fast-changing environments.
• Creativity, innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
