Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a new **SEO/GEO Manager** for the **Spanish Market** to help us support and scale our **SEO/GEO Growth** team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of **driving organic and AI-powered growth in Spain**, you'll be in charge of **owning the Spanish SEO/GEO strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and improving organic performance across the funnel.** Ready to be part of the challenge? **About the team:** Our Marketing team tells the Factorial story in a way that truly resonates, bringing the right people to us and inspiring them to join the journey. Within this, the SEO team focuses on scaling organic growth globally through search, content, and data-driven experimentation. If you’re passionate about search, growth, and turning insights into impact, you’ll feel right at home. **What you'll do:** * Own and execute the SEO/GEO strategy for the Spanish market, covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO and GEO/AEO. * Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives to identify growth opportunities. * Perform technical SEO/GEO audits and define priorities to improve site health and performance. * Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to integrate SEO/GEO into product and marketing initiatives. * Create data-driven content briefs aligned with user intent and conversion goals. * Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Profound and Screaming Frog. * Test hypotheses and iterate continuously to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation. * Implement AI Workflows to speed up the process **What are we looking for?** * 3-6 years of experience in SEO (agency or SaaS experience is a plus) * Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics * Hands-on experience with tools such as GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog * Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style * AI enthusiast * Native or C2 level Spanish * Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams Factorial bets for potential and growth.
