Iberia BDR: AI-Powered Growth & Pipeline Builder

Genesys

Genesys in Madrid is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business growth across Iberia. You will build pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to execute targeted account strategies in Spain and Portugal.

The role requires 1–2 years in SaaS/ CX sales, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools.
