Head of Payments, Recovery & Customer Value Strategy
Verisure
Verisure in Madrid is seeking a Head of Customer Payment & Recovery to lead the payments and recovery agenda across the LatAm region, while ensuring excellent customer experience and strong cash collection performance. You will design and implement differentiated payment strategies and lead recovery actions across multiple markets.
You will collaborate with Product, IT, and Finance to optimize payment journeys, monitor KPIs, and drive automation and AI-enabled solutions, with a focus on reducing
