Global Change Manager, P2P Transformation Lead

IOON busca un Change Manager para apoyar el despliegue internacional de Coupa P2P y gestionar la adopción por parte de los equipos de negocio en Colombia, México y Argentina. Definirá la estrategia de cambio y un plan de acción, coordinando comunicaciones y training.
Se valorará experiencia en procesos P2P y conocimiento de Coupa, SAP o PeopleSoft, con habilidades destacadas de gestión de stakeholders, training y reporting en un entorno internacional.
