The Essentials- Fixed Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (Non-negotiable because of training).
- Location: On-site in Barcelona (Glòries area).
- Contract: 38.5h/week, rotatory shifts (09:00 - 20:00).
As a Customer Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the travel experience. You will:
- Support Norwegian-speaking travelers and accommodation partners via phone and email.
- Solve inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and special requests.
- Mediate between guests and hosts to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a high level of service while navigating internal CRM tools.
- Fluency: C2-level Norwegian + B2-level English.
- Mindset: You are a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys working in a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with an empathetic touch.
- Commitment: Ready to relocate and start your journey on June 1st.
- Pay: €22,249 gross/year.
- Leave: 27 working days of holiday per year.
