• Pipeline Excellence: Focus on booking high‑quality meetings and maintaining a steady flow of opportunities.
  

• Languages: C2‑level in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and C1 English.
  
• Experience: Background in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation is essential.
  
• Skills: Strong cold‑calling skills and a natural ability to communicate value propositions clearly.

• Compensation: €25,330 base salary + up to €4,470 in performance bonuses.
