The Role - German‑Speaking Content Moderator (No Phone Calls)

• Review and moderate user‑generated content
• Identify and prevent scams, fraud and policy violations
• Respond to customer inquiries via email (no phone support)
• Apply company guidelines and country‑specific regulations
• Make independent decisions based on clear policies
• Contribute to a safer digital marketplace

You will play a direct role in protecting users and creating a secure online environment. Your decisions matter.

Requirements

• Fluent German (written and reading level is key)
• Basic to conversational English
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills
