Strategic Front Office Lead: Guest Experience & Revenue Growth

Sir Victor in Barcelona is seeking a strategic and hands-on Front Office Manager to lead the reception department, reporting directly to the General Manager and ensuring that every project and operation aligns with the SIR brand ethos.
You will drive financial performance, manage a skilled Front Office team, oversee daily operations and shift checklists, implement upselling initiatives across rooms, spa, and F&B, and uphold outstanding guest experience and service quality.
