Transformation Manager EMEA

Grupo Bimbo EMEA is going through the biggest and most ambitious transformation in its history — which makes this a genuinely exciting moment to join. This isn't a role about running projects; it's about cracking the problems that don't yet have an answer . You'll take on some of the most strategically important questions facing the region, turn ambiguity into a clear plan, and build the thinking that shapes where the business plays and how it wins.

You'll work at the sharp end of that transformation, with direct exposure to the decisions that matter most. If you're energised by walking into complexity and walking out with clarity, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Take on strategic frontiers — the big, undefined questions — and give them structure, logic, and a story that moves people to act.
• Own your projects end to end. You're the engine, not the administrator: from blank page to leadership table to execution.
• Engage directly with General Managers and functional leaders — gathering the real input, reading the room, and moving decisions forward.
• Build the strategic thinking that fuels the conversations at the top of the organisation.
• Help us become an AI-first team. Lead by example and bring the rest of us along into smarter ways of working.

You’ll thrive here if you…

• Think in structure. You take ambiguity and hand back clarity. Where-to-play / how-to-win is your native language.
• Come from top-tier strategy consulting (MBB / Big Four) or an equally demanding analytical environment — roughly 4-7 years in.
• Run your own race. Give you a frontier and you'll hold it for months without anyone hovering.
• Adapt fast. A last-minute ask energises you rather than throwing you off.
• Have the judgement to decide. You think before you ... and you own the small risks without waiting for permission.
• Are genuinely curious about AI — you don't need to be an expert, but you're excited about what it could do and keen to help us put it to work.
• Speak fluent English and are happy to travel when it matters.
• You've already experimented with AI in a team or project setting.
• Storytelling that makes complex ideas land clearly and simply.
