Base Salary: €23,876 – €30,000/year
Performance Bonus: €3,407 – €3,500/year
Contract & Schedule:
38.5h/week, Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week

Role Overview

Join a leading provider of customer experience solutions as a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant.
Youll work closely with Dutch businesses and agencies to optimize their Google Ads campaigns, delivering strong ROI and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic digital advertising plans aligned with client goals.
Provide expert guidance on Google Ads products and best practices.
Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Google product innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Dutch: Native-level fluency (C2)
English: Fluent (B2+)
Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on PPC/Google Ads campaigns
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented
Previous experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consultancy is a plus
