This position is designed for professionals who can navigate the German market, onboard and engage with high-potential companies (possible future unicorns), and thrive in a tech-focused, client-centric environment.
Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services.
Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling.
Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately.
Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email.
Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base.
Requirements BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.
German – C2 and English – C1/C2 level proficiency.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong CRM and client relationship management experience.
Comfortable using AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
