The Role

Impress is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our Barcelona HQ. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll sit at the intersection of global strategy and local execution.

You will be the lead architect for our marketing operations across 10 international markets. We are looking for a leader who understands that in a competitive landscape, speed and agility are our biggest advantages.

This position is onsite and based in Barcelona (Spain) .

How you'll have impact

• Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Managers across 10 countries (SP, PT, IT, FR, NL, SE, UK, and US).

• Own the Numbers: Lead weekly performance reviews with our Founders and Leadership team . You’ll turn complex data into clear stories, focusing on Sales, CAC, and Funnel Efficiency.

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the "connective tissue" between HQ Mktg and our local teams. You’ll provide direction to cross-functional experts in Performance, CRM, CRO, Creative, Influencer, and Affiliate marketing based on local Sales needs.

• Drive Execution: Oversee HQ campaign rollouts while leading local-first initiatives like OOH, offline events, and regional partnerships.

• Support Strategy: Partner with the CMO on investor presentations and business cases for new strategic projects.

• Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with a solid background in matrix organizations and scaling companies at pace.

• Performance Mindset: You think like a business owner. You’re obsessed with ROI and have a deep understanding of unit economics.

• Bias for Action: You value speed over perfection . You’re comfortable pivoting fast based on real-time market feedback.

• Strong Communicator: You’re a natural presenter who can make complex ideas feel simple. You’re comfortable working closely with the C-suite.

• Languages: Fluent English is a must. Spanish is a big plus.

• Presence: This is an on-site role in our Barcelona office. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
