Your Role

Are you a natural problem-solver with a heart for travel? As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the bridge between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide. You’ll identify needs, mediate requests, and ensure every journey is a smooth one. If you love helping people and have an affinity for the travel industry, this is the place for you!

Your Responsibilities

• Be the Guide: Listen to and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions.
• Mediate with Care: Act as the link between travelers and suppliers to ensure top-tier service.
• Solve & Support: Clarify inquiries about services, payments, and technical steps via email and phone.
• Keep it Accurate: Follow set processes to provide precise information every time.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native-level Icelandic (C2) and excellent English (C1).
• Communication Pro: Great interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM databases.
• Mindset: Positive, motivated, and ready to handle tricky situations with a smile.
• Team Player: You enjoy collaborating and are open to changing priorities.
