The role

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative for their team in Barcelona, Spain (On-site). Day to day that means customer, support & Sales: Handle inbound queries (calls, emails, chat, and tasks) related to post-sales customer requests. Fast & Effective, responses: Provide quick and accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Outbound, engagement: Conduct outbound calls when necessary, coordinating with customers and internal business units to resolve issues. Sales & Upselling: Generate quotes and follow up with a cross-selling and up-selling approach while maintaining a service-oriented attitude. Product, knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and post-sales processes. Order & Claims, and management: Manage post-sales tasks such as order cancellations, claims, refunds, delivery tracking, and escalations, using tools like CRM & Order Status Suite.
