Compañía tecnológica en fuerte crecimiento busca incorporar un/a Head of Legal con visión estratégica y enfoque operativo para liderar la función legal y acompañar la escalabilidad del negocio en un entorno dinámico e internacional.
Responsabilidades
- Negociación y gestión de contratos comerciales complejos.
- Asesoramiento en materia societaria, laboral y compliance.
- Participación en operaciones de M&A, inversión y financiación.
- Soporte en asuntos de IP/IT y regulación financiera.
- Definición y optimización de procesos y estrategia legal.
- Liderazgo y coordinación del área legal y stakeholders clave.
Perfil
- Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho.
- Más de 8 años de experiencia relevante.
- Background combinado en despacho y empresa.
- Experiencia sólida en contratación mercantil, societario, M&A e IP/IT.
- Perfil business-oriented, autónomo y adaptable.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
- Inglés alto imprescindible.
- Muy valorable experiencia en entornos Tech, SaaS o startups.
