Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance with mobility services and Connected Drive features. - Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing services or replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns or emergencies. - Support customers with Connected Drive functionalities, such as navigation, remote controls, and infotainment. - Guide users through troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues, including connectivity and system alerts. - Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate case tracking and follow-ups. High level of English (C1). - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to follow phone etiquette and use of formal and polite language. - Previous experience with customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of following standards and procedures. - Advanced user of MS Office - Able to handle stressful situations. - Teamwork spirit. Organized. Curious and hunger to learn more. **¿Qué ofrecemos?** - Saturday and Sunday. 16 hours week 00:00 to 08:00. - ETT - 4-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position - Salary gross per year: 787,16 € per month (+ Plus nocturnity and Sunday and public holiday allowance) - *This position requires presence in the city of Barcelona or nearby areas and will follow a hybrid model*
