We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented professional to deliver high-quality technical customer service within an international environment, working for a prestigious multinational company with excellent growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle inbound customer contacts (calls/emails), providing support related to Mobility Solve services. - Assist customers with technical queries and service-related issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents related to mobility services, platforms, and connectivity. - Guide users through system functionalities, features, and service usage. - Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to specialized teams when necessary. - Accurately log and update all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
