Manager, People Operations EMEA (Maternity Cover)

¿Te gustaría liderar la operativa de People en una compañía internacional del sector tech/entertainment? En Adecco buscamos un/a Manager de People Operations EMEA para un proyecto temporal con gran visibilidad, en una empresa dinámica y en crecimiento. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Serás responsable de liderar la operativa de People Operations en la región EMEA, asegurando procesos eficientes, cumplimiento legal y una excelente experiencia del empleado durante todo su ciclo laboral. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Gestión global del ciclo de vida del empleado (onboarding, cambios, offboarding) Supervisión de procesos de RRHH en España, UK y Portugal Garantizar el cumplimiento legal y la correcta gestión documental Impulsar la mejora continua y optimización de procesos Colaborar con equipos de Payroll, Legal, Finance y HR Tech ¿Qué buscamos? +6 años de experiencia en HR / People Operations Experiencia en entornos internacionales (EMEA) Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral española Nivel alto de Excel y experiencia con HRIS (Workday valorable) Inglés y español fluidos ¿Qué ofrecemos?
