Italian CX Account Manager — Grow Small Accounts

Factorial HR is seeking an Account Manager specializing in Small Accounts for the Italian market to enhance our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, prioritize strong relationships, and identify opportunities to boost revenue.
