Merchant Success & Onboarding Specialist

Viva.com, located in Madrid, is looking for a member of its Operations Team to manage incoming leads, assist merchants with onboarding, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a keen interest in technology, and excellent communication abilities in both Danish and English.
