SENIOR EVENT PROJECT MANAGER - DEDICATED PHARMA CLIENT TEAM (f/m/d)

What you’ll be doing

In this position, you’ll join a team fully dedicated to one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

• Lead all aspects of multiple, large-scale projects for one of our key pharma accounts , from briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, production and content coordination

• Ensure full alignment with client's operational standards, compliance requirements, approval processes and event procedures

• Act as the main point of contact for client's stakeholders during the implementation phase

• Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and reporting with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Support, mentor and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project delivery

Must haves

• 8+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry , including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery

• Previous experience working in an event agency environment and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and client processes

• Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive communication style, process‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong hands‑on experience with Cvent , including website development, attendee management, and budgeting

• Full professional proficiency in English & Spanish

• Based in Madrid and available to travel regularly

Nice to haves

• Fluency in French or German, written and spoken

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between [X] and [Y], based on our internal salary framework and external market benchmarks. Final compensation will depend on your experience, the level and scope of the role, and your specific location.
